What individual therapy looks like
Individual therapy looks different for everyone because everyone is unique and different. I do not believe that there is a "one size fits all" method to therapy. My goal is to develop an understanding of who you are as a person so that you can get an effective and personalized experience that works for you. Therapy can be as intensive or relaxed as you prefer. I want to push you to grow while creating a space through therapy that feels like your own. As someone who uses CBT, IFS, and EMDR as there modalities for therapy, we have a variety of tools to utilize to help you manage your mental health and achieve your goals effectively.
